Hello, my name is Jessica Heeren.

I specialise in custom fit costumes and props for cosplay, performances, film and LARP. I also have had quite some beautiful opportunities to contribute to the world of film making by running costume and prop departments for projects big and small. I offer the unique opportunity for customers to watch me work on their projects via live streams.

I also do bookings for premieres, kids entertainment, special events and photoshoots.

More about me

I live in Zeeland, The Netherlands where I have also been born and raised. Along my creative development I graduated two art-related educations.

​

Ever since my teen years, I have been extremely invested in the wonderful world of feature films. In the early 2000s especially, high fantasy films were new and huge and that introduction to fantasy worlds changed my life forever. Even without realising it myself, the little spark of love for costume design was planted ever since then.

Besides great acting, I realised it were the costumes that set the scene. How important it was to get the right clothes for the right message or time frame. Clothes tell the story of where you come from, what you do for a living, your social status and so on, which also meant a garment can make you feel and act a certain way.

And that is when I discovered cosplay. The wonderful world of dressing up like any super hero or character you ever looked up to or aspired to be. I started making my own costumes, realising I absolutely adored it. And soon people would ask me if I would work on commission. Soon my hobby turned into a part-time job and ever since April 2017 I can proudly say that it's my full time job.
